Dr Kim came in the room with a page of type written notes prepared to discuss how my medication’s were working out. He was thorough and to the point. He listened when I asked questions and answered all my concerns. I asked for him to schedule a epidural, and he immediately agreed and said that there was only one spot to schedule me in before Christmas. He ran to the scheduler’s office and booked it before it was given away. Dr Kim’s attitude, professionalism, and promptness made my appointment a success.
I absolutely love and respect both Dr Leoni and Dr. Kim. They make sure all your questions are answered and you understand all explanations. The reason the the three stars? The wait time is extremely excessive. I have spent up to an hour and a half past my appointment time in the lobby! It almost makes me feel as if my time is not valuable. The staff are also phenomenal . They just need to perhaps work on time management.

Good experience, Dr. Kim is a great doctor, however the policy of reducing everyone's pain meds to the bottom threshold I do not care for it is not caring for all my pain, which is why I go to pain management to keep my pain under control.
