Dr Grimes is pleasant, courteous and informative. He is very skilled at what he does and explains everything very well. His staff are friendly and they do their job well and make you feel appreciated.
I saw Dr. Grimes for a second opinion when surgery was recommended. After perusing my MRI and other reports, he announced that surgery was not necessary. With the injury I have, continued exercises is recommended and I should expect a 2 year recovery without surgery. As a 72 year old, who is not doing gymnastics, I shoud be able to obtain full mobility with exercise.
Dr Grimes is an amazing physician and person. He truly cares about his patients and makes sure that all your questions are answered. Dr Grimes is very professional, however adds he adds the comfort of a friend. I sincerely trust Dr Grimes to decide a proper treatment plan for each patient.

The appointment was at 8:30, and they took me at 8:15. He came in shortly and gave me the shots and I was out by 8:31. It was terrific.

I’m very satisfied with my visit with the Doctor Grimes.
I got a shot to reduce strong pain in my lower back and leg. But, no advice on how to care for it. Exercise yes, no? Medications? Pain returned in w3 hours so no clue what to do. Told I should check back in 2 weeks. Not working for me.

It was easy to get an appointment, staff were friendly and knowledgeable, I didn't have to wait after arriving and Dr. Grimes was competent and reassuring.
Dr. Grimes is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough is assessing his patient's condition. He has an ability to explain complex physiology in a way that is understandable to his patients. All of his staff members are professional and pleasant to work with.
I'm always a bit nervous when I visit a new doctor/facility (OK, I'm a cynical old fart), but I was pleasantly surprised this time. Although the office appeared busy (perhaps because the waiting-room actually hosts 2 facilities) the wait-time was minimal. The staff was pleasant and professional and even laughed at my dumb jokes. The treatment they provided was spot-on (insert medical term here) and I'm improving now... what more can I say?

Dr. Grimes was in emergency surgery so I had a young lady PA . She was very knowledgeable, personable and thorough and asked if I had any further questions. Proscribed therapy at home or with a therapist. Did not feel rushed. Explained workings of the shoulder and my issues concerning such. Very professional.

Dr Grimes is not one to jump for surgery, especially since new drugs are coming out which would no longer make surgery immediately necessary. He’s very caring, knowledgeable about related info. I recommend him.
