Dr. Goss was born in Fort Madison, Iowa. He attended the University of Iowa and Florida International University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in physical therapy in 1972. He received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in 1979 from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship in 1980 at the Staten Island Public Health Service Hospital in New York City and his residency in orthopedic surgery in 1984 at New York Medical College in Valhalla. Dr. Goss also completed a fellowship in pediatric orthopedics in 1985 at Cornell Hospital for Special Surgery in New York.
He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery and a member of the Southern Orthopaedic Association, the Eastern Orthopaedic Association, and the South Georgia Medical Society (Lowndes County).
Dr. Goss is married to Carmina Goss, and they have seven children: Nicole, Erica, Lisa, Jaime, Victoria, Rachael, and Adam. He is a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Dr. Goss is an active motorcycle enthusiast, outdoorsman, and loves spending time playing with his children.

They got me in early.
Actually the lovely lady who initially greeted me and helped me was wonderful even though I was crying like baby and I have no clue why, then another wonderful lady helped me and then the lovely Doctor Kendrick, who was ever so kind. Honestly it’s the best place I have been where they really care about you. I would give more stars if I could! Thank you so much!

Well 13 years ago Dr. Goss fixed torn acl. And 6 weeks ago he done a total knee replacement and never had one bit of trouble.
