I have been to 3 foot doctors over the last 2 years. Trying to get help with my plantar fasciitis and bone spurs. I came to the point that I had no hope left. So I made my final appointment to see Dr. Baldwin. When doctor Baldwin Show morewalked into my room, I didn't realize that there was an angel of mercy standing in front of me. He thoroughly examined both of my feet, took x rays and explained every detail of what was going on. I now have hope. HIS NURSE WAS AMAZING.! I LEFT IN HAPPY TEARS.
The day of my appointment, the computers were down. They were able to get me checked in and I was called back a little before my appt time. I had my vitals done, imaging, and the NP came right in. There was no wait for my exam. ItShow more was my first time there and everyone was professional, even through the internet issue. I would definitely recommend the Hanover office.

Dr Monica Broadnax, and her assistant Diamond were so nice and really took care of my me. They answered questions and made me laugh the whole time. I love this place and would recommend Achilles Foot and Ankle Center to all .
I’ve never seen Dr Baldwin so I can’t really rate him. I saw Jessica and she was great. I thought I was going to see Mary Hightower and I didn’t see her either , she is also great.
If you are tired of false medical intelligence and profits over truthful medical facts...then this Dr. Is for you! Truth and attention is what you can expect each and every visit.

NP Highsmith, listened and was very patient. She was very genuine.
I saw Dr. Baldwin's Physician's Assistant and was quite pleased with her. She was engaging and informative. In fact, I found the front desk individuals to be exceptionally pleasant. Took the time needed with each individual. My only small complaint would be the wait-time which was one hour. Good job to this practice.
