I have been to 3 foot doctors over the last 2 years. Trying to get help with my plantar fasciitis and bone spurs. I came to the point that I had no hope left. So I made my final appointment to see Dr. Baldwin. When doctor Baldwin Show morewalked into my room, I didn't realize that there was an angel of mercy standing in front of me. He thoroughly examined both of my feet, took x rays and explained every detail of what was going on. I now have hope. HIS NURSE WAS AMAZING.! I LEFT IN HAPPY TEARS.
Dr Baldwin and his team are all very hard workers and genuinely seem as though they care about the patients they work on. Overall the business is very very busy and you will most likely have to wait even with an appointment, but Show moreonce you get seen, they will take the time to listen to you and really try to figure out what the problem is and brainstorm the best solution. So it's worth the wait.

Although, the waiting room was quite packed people moved through fairly efficiently. Everyone who works there was very nice from checking in to checking out! The young woman,Karen, that took care of my moms needs was super nice and efficient!

The people are wonderful but the waiting is awful. I had to wait almost 2 hours today to see my doctor. This is not good at all.
I never spoke with Dr. Baldwin. Only the PA and another Lady. It is usually that way although my appointment says it is with Dr. Baldwin on my last several visits.
I love going there. Everyone is very nice. And they sure are taking the pain out of my feet.

My name is Craig Miller. I left your forest Avenue west end location about two hours ago. The staff was friendly. With that being said. I out of pocket a $177. 00 . I was not happy about that at all . And got no relief! M.J was informative. But unfortunately, I will not be back . My feet are really bothering me. And I expected better.

In the office today my father was treated by "MJ" not Dr. Baldwin. The service was outstanding by her and the nurse/technician.

The provider I saw, MJ Hill, was good. She was personable and gave clear explanations. The only frustration I had in the visit was that the office does not have access to the medical history forms completed online and I was unable to print to bring in, so I had to complete another form upon arrival. Additionally, there was an hour wait to be seen.
Mrs Mary Highsmith is amazing and we have a wonderful relationship. She takes care of me and all my needs concerning my foot care.
