I have been to 3 foot doctors over the last 2 years. Trying to get help with my plantar fasciitis and bone spurs. I came to the point that I had no hope left. So I made my final appointment to see Dr. Baldwin. When doctor Baldwin Show morewalked into my room, I didn't realize that there was an angel of mercy standing in front of me. He thoroughly examined both of my feet, took x rays and explained every detail of what was going on. I now have hope. HIS NURSE WAS AMAZING.! I LEFT IN HAPPY TEARS.
I love the staff, MJ, and Dr. Baldwin. I always love going to my visits and they are so welcoming and professional. I went to several other appts to fix my toe issues, but they were able to finally tell me what was happening! You Show morecan tell the staff loves working there and everyone is so kind and personal. Team was great. They fixed a problem that has been bothering me for 2 years in about 15 minutes.
I presented my concerns. A solution was found. My questions were answered. I scheduled appointments for six months and one year.

The best doctor. Explains in detail what your problem is, makes you feel right at home and easy to understand. Corrects the problem right away! Makes you look forward to coming back!

When I was brought to the exam room, your employee asked me if I would like to have my toenails trimmed. I told her yes. It was only after, when the RN came in that I was informed there was a $50 fee for that toenail trim. I am very upset that your employees did not tell me of the fee prior to the trim. I was also informed that there would be a $50 fee to write a prescription. I have never been charged for prescription in my life! This is on top of a $115 copay! I will not be back.

Although, the waiting room was quite packed people moved through fairly efficiently. Everyone who works there was very nice from checking in to checking out! The young woman,Karen, that took care of my moms needs was super nice and efficient!

Great, conscientious staff
The people are wonderful but the waiting is awful. I had to wait almost 2 hours today to see my doctor. This is not good at all.
I never spoke with Dr. Baldwin. Only the PA and another Lady. It is usually that way although my appointment says it is with Dr. Baldwin on my last several visits.
I love going there. Everyone is very nice. And they sure are taking the pain out of my feet.

My name is Craig Miller. I left your forest Avenue west end location about two hours ago. The staff was friendly. With that being said. I out of pocket a $177. 00 . I was not happy about that at all . And got no relief! M.J was informative. But unfortunately, I will not be back . My feet are really bothering me. And I expected better.
