About Jacquelyn Sander, PA-C
Jacquelyn Sander is a Certified Physician Assistant graduating with honors and 4.0 GPA from Loma Linda University School of Health Sciences. Her chosen elective rotation was in Cosmetic and traditional Dermatology where she was trained specifically in care and treatment for a multitude of both medical and cosmetic dermatological issues. Cosmetic Dermatology is one of Jacquelyn’s many passions and interests along with Health and Nutrition. She completed her Bachelors of Science in Nutritional Medicine as well as an additional Associates degree in Biomedical science as Magna Cum Lade at California Polytechnic University San Luis Obispo. During her undergraduate degree at Cal Poly she completed a published research article regarding high fructose corn syrup and its correlation with obesity and insulin resistance. In addition, Jacquelyn worked as a certified medical assistant in Internal Medicine for over 2 years prior to PA school. She completed over 2000 hours of volunteer work specifically focusing in nutritional education and nutritional medicine for multiple age groups and various medical conditions. Jacquelyn has worked as a Certified Physician Assistant in both urgent care and family practice and now is certified in cosmetic practices offered here at our office.
