Jacquelyn does a great job explaining everything you need to know. She takes the time to ask you questions about your health and gives answers to help you over come weaknesses. I have been to another place but Jacquelyn is the best

She is very thorough and easy to communicate with. She has been very helpful with processing and forwarding my records to insurance companies and specialists. I live outside her area for home visits but we get it all accomplished over the phone and then she sets me up for scans and blood work...makes it nice and easy on my part.
