I went through 3 different providers before coming to Reform ABQ and I finally feel heard. I'm finally seeing my issues and concerns get better. The staff is so attentive and friendly. If you are looking for a primary care provider, look no further for a second, but go to REformABQ. They are caring and competent. I have needed some blood work and office visit. They were able to set an appointment promptly and addressed my concerns. From the receptionist, the support staff and Jacqueline Rodgers, they all were communcative, helpful, timely and were just great! As a recent transplant, I’ve been apaled by what I’ve seen… until I found Reform ABQ! I appreciate an office who can embrace the new technologies, with texts, telemedicine, etc., and yet keep to the old ways, of actually spending time with patients, listening to them, and including their input, as part of their care plan…I KNOW, this should be common (common sense would dictate…), but it’s NOT! THIS is the way primary care should be done; please, keep up the excellent work!!
