About Irene Lopez Almond

Irene is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor in the State of Colorado. She has worked in the counseling field in a variety of settings since 1997 with both children and adults. Irene’ therapeutic approach is eclectic and fluid. Therapy is individualized, based upon client need; she is nationally endorsed in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and utilizes Motivational Interviewing techniques in all therapy encounters. Her goal is to provide a safe and compassionate environment, guiding the individual to make empowered and cognizant decisions in their life journey.
