Often times when I would go to the doctor I just felt like another number. The doctor had a job to do and so he/she would be in and out quickly and on to the next "number" BUT that is not that case at Health Matters. From the moShow morement I stepped inside to the time I left I felt seen, cared about, and important. The front office staff were very welcoming, the hospitality was top notch and when I was in the room with the doctor she listened to me, spent time in the room, and truly cared about me and my health.
I brought my 1 year old to see Inez Johnston. She had a double ear infection. We were able to book an appointment for the same day. Mrs. Johnston took great care of her and had us in and out quickly. She has a room just for kids tShow morehat has cool writing tablets and colorful pictures on the walls. The building is clean and decorated beautifully. The receptionist is also really kind. I will be switching out whole family over to see Mrs. Johnston as our PCP. She is wonderful and very attentive.

We were able to get in the same day for a sick kid visit! No sitting in urgent care all day or scheduling a few days out with his pediatrician. Inez was great with my four year old son. She is very attentive and kind. Highly recommend this place!

My daughter was sick with a bad cough and needed to be seen right away. We set up an appointment online and she was scheduled same day for a virtual visit. It was very convenient having such quick access to a medical provider and not having to visit an urgent care. Our provider was informative, friendly, and seems to genuinely care about our health.
I had a great experience with Health Matters Primary Care. It was very convenient and simple to set up an appointment and I got seen immediately. The practitioner is very knowledgeable and really thorough, kind, and considerate. I highly recommend using their Telehealth service and can’t wait to set up an onsite appointment for my kids.
