Dr. Hightower has it all. She's professional, yet caring. And, she has a wonderful "beside manner". She is polite, personable and has great empathy, She keeps me well informed, makes great recommendations and doesn't miss any details. She told me to drink more water, because she noticed my BUN was high. Made sure I was still taking Vitamin C, zinc and a probiotic as directed, because my WBCs are chronically low. Ever since she put me on Copaxone (the only MS drug that doesn't weaken your immune system) and IVIG in the Fall of 2023, I only had 1 relapse since in March 2024. Last year I had 4-5 relapse between January and the Fall. Simple, but genius! She recommended I try the Cionic neural sleeve for my weak leg which I am pursuing. It appears to be something just what the doctor ordered! Lol. Also, prescribed NAC to help with cognition. Always asks if I need refills. I could go on and on. This practice is lucky to have her. What a nice person and great doctor!
My mother, brother and I visited Dr. Hightower's office due to my mother's waning memory. The exam was thorough and professional. Dr. Hightower explained everything to us in detail and answered all of our questions. She suggested things we can do and steps to take in the future. We were very impressed with all aspects of the appointment. Great doctor!

Dr. Hightower is compassionate with her patients, she listens to you and does what is necessary to get to the root of the problem. She doesn't rush you and is passionate about her profession. Dr. Hightower has been my neurologist for about 15 years. I still can't say enough about the superior quality of unsurpassed care that she provides on each and every visit. What i love the most about Dr. H is that she truly treats the "whole patient". She encourages your input and allows you to discuss your current symptoms and any concerns in detail without feeling rushed. The patient is also an active participant in discussing their current test results and the options for any necessary further health decisions. Dr. H is very innovative and stays up to date on the latest research to provide the top-notch medical treatment. She's relentless when it comes to finding the right combination of medications and treatments for your needs. Dr. H has made changes to my meds & treatments a few times over the years to improve my condition.She has a natural gift for providing emotional support since she's genuinely kind, concerned, encouraging and very supportive. The doctor always explains treatment options in detail and welcomes patient input. The interaction is never rushed.
As a new patient I was impressed by how welcoming this office is from the waiting room to the exam rooms to the friendly staff. Dr. Hightower listened to my medical history and recent issues and helped me find appropriate tests and medication to better understand and manage my symptoms. She offered helpful information on potential treatments and outcomes that could work for me. This visit was very constructive and a positive experience for me and I look forward to coming back in a few months for my follow up. Dr. Hightower genuinely cares about her patients’ wellbeing and I appreciate the extra time she took to ask me questions that other doctors have never asked. My significant other is also a new patient here and we have both recommended Dr. Hightower to our friends and families. The patient portal is also very convenient and easy to use and I love that I can pay online ahead of my appointment!

Excellent. Dr. Hightower always makes good suggestions and recommendations and this past visit recommended a stim for my foot and Botox for my foot. She is very easy to talk to and answered all my questions. A very good experience as always.
