I would say this office does a great job of following up and making sure my needs are taken care of. An area of improvement though could be when I see the doctor or nurse it isn't so rushed I felt like I was in and out it took longer for me to get to my appointment than the time I was in the back.
I was a bit disappointed that the staff did not have up to date phone numbers for the referrals I asked to see. It should have been the insurance company’s responsibility.

Scheduling appointment was very easy. Entire staff was helpful, friendly and professional.
She was very professional and explained my options. I can improve my diet to achieve the desired outcome or she could prescribe medication. Either way we will follow up to make sure I am on track. Thank you!

Great service, everyone was super nice and helpful.
I had a tele-health this afternoon with ShaShela. She took her time and explained all my labs and set goals. Has me following up and sent in all my prescriptions. The front office staff is very friendly, and overall had a great experience.

Highly recommend this practice!
I did not put 5 stars only because I saw the medical assistant/nursing assistant overwhelmed by number of patients and her being the only one there. She was LOVELY and you can tell she VALUES patients! Spacing out patients per week would help greatly here so the staff don't need to feel rushed or deal with angry patients and the patients can take their time during appointments. Otherwise, wonderful!
