Henna and the Crew are mostly always so helpful. This experience came out of a mistake in the office where I dropped off paperwork on Thurs to be signed and sent. I called back a week later to follow up and it was still on someoneShow more's desk unattended. They got me in that day for an appointment that was needed to complete the forms. And even better, made it thru Teledoc. These pros have been a part of my healing journey for the past 3 years are so caring, remember who I am, see/hear me.

She is very thoughtful and isn’t afraid to say what is needed. Staff and waiting room is average maybe 3 star but she is 6 stars so it makes up for waiting room and staff

No problems ever at Britestar in Garland! All staff is nice, and the providers are even nicer. They hold you accountable, but also not bad if no change. Ive sent many friends here.

This was my second visit with Dr. Hong Xiang for high blood pressure. Once again, she made me feel safe and showed skill and concern for my wellness. I will continue to see her for all my health issues.
Dr Xiang takes her time, you never feel rushed and she cares about her patients and their families. While I was at the office she took the time and asked how my 89 year old mother was. I’ve never had a doctor ask about anything other than what my visit was for. Very refreshing having someone that cares.
