I went to visit Apple Urgent Care because a very bad persistent cough that made me loose my voice. But the front desk employees were very friendly & helpful. The wait was not too bad after lunch time. I got my questions answerShow moreed with no problem. Doctor Hong was great! I highly recommend this urgent care.

I usually have a great experience here, this doctor checked two of my children, so fast not thorough, no compassion. Entire process was QUICK. Not in a good way. Was rushed out. My children are still very sick and I have no answers. The waiting room before you see the doctor was so dirty. The doctor then tells me I can go no paperwork nothing, and says if my child continues to have a fever over 103 for an additional 6 days (already 3) to bring him back. What?
They are great staff and doctors
She was thorough with the examination and listened to my problem with great concern. She even addressed another issue that I didn’t even realize until she brought to my attention and provided a prescription to aid with relief. She was professional and prompt with the visit.
Doctor was nice and helpful but this urgent care does NOT know how to check a simple temperature. I took my husband in because he had a fever of 103.4 and when they checked it, it supposedly said 98.2 but after we left we knew it was worse than that. We got to our home and it was still 103.4! Would not recommend coming here

At very friendly staff and service
This provider was friendly, professional and informative! I understood the problem and the medication she would be prescribing. The facility was clean and the check in easy. I was there only one hour from check in to check out. That’s amazing for an urgent care.
Nurses were so nice and the doctor was very good were called in so fast I recommend it 💯% love the service
