Dr. Ruben Moreno is the best Derm DoShow morec in town. He personally recommended Helen Turk, PA to me. She is very good! I miss Dr. Lee. He was wonderful as well! Dr. Moreno runs a great Clinic and hires only the best people.

Helen was, as always, kind and knowledgeable and addressed my wants, needs and concerns.
Helen Turk had one of the worst bedside manners I’ve ever experienced with a doctor. She made it seem like I was a “big inconvenience” being there that day. Very impersonable!! when I asked a couple of question, she wouldn’t even answer it and said the nurse would answer my questions. I will never go back to this doctor again! I usually use the Cocoa Beach branch and I decided to use Suntree because it’s closer to home. Big mistake! I will start going to Cocoa Beach again from now on. Really disappointing that she didn’t even talk to me or even make an attempt to make me feel imported as a patient on this visit. And the front office staff, especially the lady who checks you out and takes your payment, same way. Very impersonal. Very standoffish. The entire visit made me feel like I shouldn’t even be there— like I’m wasting their time.
