Starting her medical career in California, Dr. Lee spent nine years running her own private practice in San Diego where she was named “Top Doctor,” by San Diego Magazine. Dr. Lee relocated to Memphis, Tennessee, with her husband and joined McDonald Murrmann Women’s Clinic in 2008 where she enjoys helping women at all stages of life find the best solutions to their reproductive health problems.
To ensure optimal outcomes for all her patients, Dr. Lee stays on the cutting edge of new medical technology. Her expertise in minimally invasive surgery provides faster and more comfortable healing from surgical procedures. Dr. Lee’s fluency in English, Korean, and Spanish allow her to treat a culturally diverse population of women.
Dr. Lee earned her undergraduate degree at the University of California, Los Angeles and finished medical school at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science’s Chicago Medical School. She returned to California to complete her residency at Los Angeles County + USC Medical Center. Dr. Lee is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Dr. Lee brings personal experience to her work. Her journey with infertility and the successful birth of her beautiful daughter, Chloe, provide Dr. Lee with a deep level of empathy for the women she works with.

There should be more attention into women's mental health as well as menopause care. We must be heard. If female OBGYN doctors won't offer more emotional care as well as medical care, then we know the male OBGYN doctors won't. There should be more resources offered to women going through menopause than at present. Healthcare for women must get better.

MLP is hands down the best clinic you will ever step into. The moment you walk in the door you are greeted by a friendly staff that takes care of business in a fast and efficient manner. They will let you know if the Dr is being held up at the hospital or if you may experience a delay (which is rare). Once you are called back everyone in there does a great job to make sure you feel heard and experience the highest quality medical care. All the Drs I have seen at MLP have been wonderful and made me feel like they truly care. And my favorite part is checking out, you won't find a friendlier scheduler!
