Hannah is a great listener and hears what my input is about medications. She explains her decisions and follows up in a timely manner, concerned about making the best decision for me. The technology is sometimes glitchy, causing us to chat another way, so gave a 4 star review for that reason.

I find Serenity to be a practice you can count on with people who are educated and informed, while still being kind and accessible.
I saw Hannah for my three month routine check in and medication review. Hannah does a good job. She is a caring person and easy to talk to. This visit, all was fine. I just needed medication refills. On past visits, I needed more proactive care and Hannah, thankfully, had the experience and support of the Physicians to make treatment changes. I had improvements within days. I did not have to go through a “wait and see” approach like I have done with other providers.
We deeply appreciate Hannah for her knowledge and expertise, her kindness and compassion. She is great to work with.
