I needed an appointment for prescription renewal. Called office in morning and was given appointment at 2 o'clock that day. When I arrived for the appointment I was immediately checked in and sent back to an exam room. Dr. Kamran Show morecame in to see me in about 15 minutes and politely greeted me and made me feel comfortable. He answered all my questions and submitted my renewal script. I was very pleased with my visit the Dr. Kamran and all the staff.

Hamid Kamran, MD, FACG, is a board-certified gastroenterologist who is proud to provide care to men and women throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex at Arlington Gastroenterology Services in Arlington, Texas.
Dr. Kamran received his medical degree in 1986 from Allama Iqbal Medical College at the University of Punjab in Lahore, Pakistan. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine in Montgomery, Alabama. He then completed his fellowship in gastroenterology at Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans.
After a stint as a professor of gastroenterology at Louisiana State University School of Medicine, Dr. Kamran started his own private practice in Texas in 2002. He brings experience in treating a full range of conditions affecting the digestive system, including colon cancer, gastroenterological reflux disease, inflammatory bowel diseases, and diseases of the liver and pancreas.
Dr. Kamran is board-certified in gastroenterology and belongs to several professional organizations, including the American College of Gastroenterology, American Gastroenterological Association, American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, Texas Medical Association and Tarrant County Medical Society.
When he’s not practicing medicine, Dr. Kamran enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, going to movies, traveling, skiing and listening to music.

I wouldn't trust another doctor to deal with my Gerd. And I love that he continue to make his practice better which makes accommodations for his patients better. Not to mention he's practically the only doctor that is overflowing with clients and still manages to get you in less than all my other doctors which can take three weeks or more. I trust him with all my minor procedures. And there isn't an hour wait from appointment time

No customer service skills at all!!! No one know what the other is doing. They keep you waiting in a room for over an hour and none comes to check on you at all. The lady’s in the front are friendly but the lady’s in the back are just plain rude!!!!!

My visit with Dr. Kamran was a positive experience. He has a good bedside manner and is very detailed in his discussions with patients. It was our first visit and I walked away thinking that he is a great doctor that I would absolutely visit again. Highly recommend!
The doc is great, but I had to wait an hour and a half after my scheduled time before I saw the doctor, total disregard of my time without a single acknowledgement or apology

He is amazing Dr very down to earth and very professional.
Very professional and friendly staff that handled things quickly to schedule a procedure. The only critique is that other than getting copies of my ID and insurance card it could have been a phone call.
