Very professional and friendly staff that handled things quickly to schedule a procedure. The only critique is that other than getting copies of my ID and insurance card it could have been a phone call.

Hamid Kamran, MD, FACG, is a board-certified gastroenterologist who is proud to provide care to men and women throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex at Arlington Gastroenterology Services in Arlington, Texas.
Dr. Kamran received his medical degree in 1986 from Allama Iqbal Medical College at the University of Punjab in Lahore, Pakistan. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine in Montgomery, Alabama. He then completed his fellowship in gastroenterology at Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans.
After a stint as a professor of gastroenterology at Louisiana State University School of Medicine, Dr. Kamran started his own private practice in Texas in 2002. He brings experience in treating a full range of conditions affecting the digestive system, including colon cancer, gastroenterological reflux disease, inflammatory bowel diseases, and diseases of the liver and pancreas.
Dr. Kamran is board-certified in gastroenterology and belongs to several professional organizations, including the American College of Gastroenterology, American Gastroenterological Association, American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, Texas Medical Association and Tarrant County Medical Society.
When he’s not practicing medicine, Dr. Kamran enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, going to movies, traveling, skiing and listening to music.

He is a great physician and all his staff very professional.
10/25/24 went for appointment. Staff was great said I would need to pick up Pre-meds prior to Procedure. Should be there next day. Provided CVS location, 4203 S. Carrier Pkwy. 10/26/24 Went to CVS at 4203 S. Carrier Pkwy. Meds not there, nothing recieved from Doc. Monday 11/11/24 called your office requesting Pre meds be sent for pick up at CVS, 4203 S. Carrier Pkwy. Lady said meds will be there that day or next. Tuesday 11/12/24 Went to pick up Pre-meds.. Nothing Wednesday 11/13/24 called your office again. Got voice mail and left message requesting Please sent Pre-meds to CVS. Fax 972-642-3740. Procedure scheduled Friday 11/15/24

The wait to see the physician was entirely to long. The information given to me in the office could have been relayed over the phone. The required office visit after the colonoscopy was a total waste of time.
