Dr. Haley Spotts is a dedicated OB/GYN at Women's Health Services, proudly serving women in Arlington and Grand Prairie, Texas. She is driven by a passion for partnering with women to ensure their well-being.
Dr. Spotts was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. She received her Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology from the University of Texas at Austin. She then moved to San Antonio, where she earned her medical degree at the Long School of Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center in 2019. She finished her residency in obstetrics and gynecology in 2023 at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Temple, TX.
She is excited to return to the DFW area and is honored to serve the women of Arlington. Dr. Spotts takes the time with each patient to ensure their comfort and individualize their care. She is dedicated to practicing evidence-based medicine and providing her patients with excellent care in obstetrics and gynecology. Her professional interests include adolescent gynecology, obstetrics, abnormal uterine bleeding, and minimally invasive surgery.
Dr. Spotts lives with her husband, Chris. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, cheering on the Texas Longhorns, and spoiling her French bulldog, Louis.

Review for Dr. Haley Spotts, MD I recently sought out Dr. Haley Spotts as a new OB-GYN to help manage my menopause symptoms. I was charged $497.70 for a new patient visit, comprehensive history, and exam, but my medical history was barely reviewed, and no physical examination was conducted. The appointment felt rushed and lasted only 20 minutes. Dr. Spotts recommended a treatment that would have worsened my condition had I not known about its risks based on my medical history. She did not show any empathy, failed to provide alternative treatment options, and offered very little detail. Even though I brought important medical images with me, she didn’t take the time to review them. Additionally, she ordered more screening tests, but I was never contacted by the referral office to schedule these. Overall, the experience was disappointing and unprofessional. I expected more thorough care, especially given the steep cost. I would not recommend Dr. Spotts for anyone seeking a compassionate and thoughtful OB-GYN.

Dr Spotts is great. I switched to the Grand Prairie office just for convenience because I don’t like driving in Arlington anymore. The office is very nice and I will continue to have my appointments there. Super easy to get to and parking is great also. And having a caring Doctor is a plus also. Definitely recommend
Dr. Spotts has great bedside manner. She is friendly and explained the procedure before hand and again during. She made an uncomfortable situation easier to handle.
The receptionist was okay but the assistant and doctor were not. I didn’t wait long to get seen but I was coming in from going to the hospital and it was very important I get seen. The nurse assistant did not have great bedside manners. When I filled out my paperwork I put down that I needed a woman’s check and when I saw the doctor we just had a literal conversation about my hospital visit and she refused to do a woman’s check because of the conversation she stated counted as a “visit”. What is wrong with people?! I needed to be seen and that’s what I marked on my paperwork and she did not honor and said I had to schedule another visit up front. Even when I told her about the hospital diagnosis she gave 2 very extreme treatments. I didn’t feel like they were trying to help or confort me in any way. Never going back again.
She was so helpful and careful. She answered every question I had and gave me an amazing consultation.

I enjoyed my experience at this new location. Everyone from the reception to the doctor was amazing. Dr. Spotts was very easy to talk to & made me feel at ease. She allowed me to voice my concerns without rushing me which made me feel great. She made me feel seen & heard not just another patient.

This was my first time going to Womens Health Services in Grand Prairie. The wait was short and the staff was very friendly. The doctor, Dr Haley Spotts was very professional and took the time to listen to all my concerns. She explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood. I would highly recommend this office and especially Dr. Spotts.
I very much appreciate Dr. Spotts squeezing in time to see me for my urgent matter. She sent me a very detailed email about my condition and called in more medicine to help alleviate my symptoms. I also appreciate her nurse for making me feel welcome and not a burden:-)
All questions and any concerns are always addressed. I feel like I never have anything to worry about.
This visit was wonderful. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes for my annual exam. I didn’t not feel rushed at all though. I felt like I had time to speak with the doctor and get all my needs and questions addressed.
