I only have this a 4 star due to scheduling and communication with front office. Besides that, Haley is a wonderful therapist. She's helped me really level up in life all around because of my therapy the past year with her. She comes across non judgemental, understanding and compassionate but also keeps it real with you and calls you out (in a healthy way) as needed. How else can we learn and grow is we don't self reflect and accept. I wouldn't be who I am today without her guidance. 5 stars for
Working to get back to normal
I was really in need of a therapist when I moved to Reno. As soon as I met Haley, we were like girlfriends talking! She basically told me I’m just a passenger, and you are the bus driver. And that’s exactly how I feel! She relates to things I’m talking about. Very knowledgeable about a lot of subjects we discuss! She has given me the tools to get through my anxiety and daily struggles! I recommend Haley to anyone who is ready to change and ready to talk! She has helped in so many ways!

I want to leave a positive review! Hailey is the perfect therapist! I felt so comfortable with sitting and talking with her! I have bad anxiety, and Hailey was quick to make me feel so at ease! Kinda like we were girlfriends! She gave me tools and homework that really had helped me! I recommend Hailey to anyone really needing a kind and gentle therapist! Mind and Body is phenomenal! The staff is always welcoming and friendly. My therapist, Haley is amazing. She truly gets me, and has a way to connect with people on a personal level. You can tell she is very passionate about what she does, and has helped me realize and cope with things I didn't even realize I had buried deep inside.
