I recently had a session with the medical massage therapy chair at Bella Clinical Care, and it was a fantastic addition to my treatment. The chair itself was spotlessly clean and felt very comfortable. I was impressed by how many features it had, like customizable settings and heat options, which really helped target my specific problem areas. I absolutely love coming to the facility but the young lady that administered my drug test this morning was moving so slow . Had me initial and sign my paperwork prior to the test and didn’t even open the top of the cup for me to urinate in . I had to use the bathroom so bad , it ended up going in the toilet . I had to sit an additional hour to use that bathroom again . The hospitality of the young lady at the front desk ( ponytail and up north accent ) made the experience beautiful.
Went in for a simple urinalysis, didn’t have to wait too long, no obnoxious staring or anxiety inducing suspicions, just methodical and businesslike. 7/7 would go again.
