Dr. Gregory DiRenzo is a Virginia native devoted to improving smiles in Purcellville, Virginia at his practice, DiRenzo Family Dentistry.
After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia, he attended the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia for dental school. Following dental school, he completed a one-year general practice residency at Abington Memorial Hospital in Abington, Pennsylvania.
Dr. DiRenzo takes continuing education seriously. He’s a fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry, which requires 500 hours of continuing education and passage of a comprehensive exam.
Giving back to the community is also very important to Dr. DiRenzo. He’s a member of the Rotary Club of Purcellville and involved with the Loudoun County free dental clinic, Give Kids A Smile, as well as Mission Of Mercy, a program providing dental care to underprivileged families.
Dr. DiRenzo lives outside of Round Hill, Virginia with his wife and two sons. He takes great joy in helping coach his children in numerous sports. He fills his free time with fishing, hiking, kayaking, golfing, tennis, and skiing with his family.

We left a dentist some time ago who was adequate, but did not give printed estimates for costs plus out of pocket expenses. Dr. DiRenzo's office we have now been using for our entire family for over 30 years. We have never had a single complaint about ANYTHING. The staff are all professional and cheerful, the care is stellar, and we have had everything from cleanings to root canals over the years. We also drive 20+ miles in the opposite direction of our home to get there for our visits. :-)
Know their stuff and won’t stop until they diagnose any tooth pain you are experiencing and fix it, which Dr. DiRenzo did for me. Been going here 30 years and I didn’t realize how good this office is until I tried a dentist out of state. Now, I’ll drive 300 miles just to go here. The dental hygienists are gentle, but thorough and offer advice for your teeth and overall health. The entire staff is always kind and courteous and very accommodating of your schedule. Dr. DiRenzo is the best dentist you’ll find as he listens to your concerns and is dedicated to ensuring your teeth are healthy without performing any unnecessary procedures.

Everyone in this office I friendly and very professional and helpful! I had an emergency yesterday (terrible toothache) and drove to the office without calling ahead and they took me in immediately. And this was JUST before closing. Dr Direnzo treated me, addressed the pain, and made an appointment for THE NEXT DAY to finish the job. I could not have asked for better care from my dentist. That’s why I have been with this practice for over 30 years.
