She went out of her way to get me the right meds that agreed with me & was easy to contact by email & was very responsive & went ouShow moret of her way to contact my health insurance company for prescription approvals. I definitely recommend her to others. I was pleased w/Optimal Psychiatry & Wellness LLC services. I will return to Grace when needed.

Grace is wonderful. She's concerned, actively listens, encouraging, has strategies that help to pull you up, and gives you "homework" assignments. Hopefully, in the future, I will graduate to every other month appointments as opposed to monthly appointments.
