Grace explains the why behind human behavior as well as what medications, if necessary, will improve the patient’s quality of life. I enjoyed how she not just explained everything but drew it out as she did it , it helped to understand as taking in a lot of info at once can be hard to keep focus sometimes . She listened well and was very nice .
