Gina is a therapist's therapist. She initiates and conducts the session with empathy, and you can see that she is absorbing what I share since last time, waits a bit, then answers my questions & poses hers about : triggers of stressful , old negative patterns & offers strategies to try; resources ie. mindfulness; sitting with negative feeling/ thoughts -no judgement. I journal more, indulge my creative, fun, and caring side. A grateful "Boomer Zoomer"
