The practice is located in a strip mall and it seems like they offer a lot of random services so I was a little wary at first but once I settled in I felt that they were very professional and caring. The provider gave me a realistic idea of how long the process would be, there was calming music playing and there was good circulation in the room. Was it fun? No but it was much more comfortable than a traditional MRI. If I ever need another one, this is how I'm going to do it!

I had a terrific experience getting an MRI. Julio made me very comfortable with the process as well as physically. He even played music that I liked as I had the test. He was very polite and courteous. Another thing I appreciated is that they called me to let me know they were running 15-20 minutes behind schedule so I could come in a little later and not have to wait. The scheduling process was also very pleasant. They were able to accommodate me within a few days of my call. Thumbs up!

I was very pleased with my Open MRI experience at Advanced Vein Treatment and Imaging Center in Lake Zurich. From my initial contact with Mehak, who scheduled my appointment and completed my paperwork, to Julio, the technician who did my procedure, both staff were excellent and patient-centered through the whole process. I went in for an MRI and the technician worked with me, taking me through the procedure. He was so patient and helpful getting me settled for the MRI, since I have a difficult time and cannot lay flat on my back. Even when I first called the office to inquire what type of open MRI they offered, the receptionist was very kind and explained what they had. She also helped confirm my coverage with my insurance. The staff was great and it was a very pleasant experience.
The scan machines unfortunately, were not comfortable during the process. The way the platform is designed does not offer a good experience for plus size patients like myself.
Very Professional and they make sure you are as comfortable as possible.
