I really like Doctor Ditz and Kelly Ralph and Gilbert I’ve had a procedure with Doctor Ditz and Kelly Ralph. And many with Kelly she’s the best. I had a procedure done with Gilbert and Kelly. Frank Ditz, MD, is a skilled and experienced family practice physician with a passion for personalized care. Through his work at Family Practice of Suntree and Viera in Melbourne, Florida, Dr. Ditz is honored to play a role in helping those in his care to improve their health and wellness.
Education has always been an important part of Dr. Ditz’s life. He began his studies at the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he attended on an academic scholarship and graduated with honors. He then focused on earning his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland.
Upon graduating and receiving his commission as an officer in the United States Air Force, Dr. Ditz completed his internship and residency in family practice at David Grant USAF Medical Center and the University of California, Davis, School of Medicine. He is proud of his 14 years of service in the United States Air Force.
While serving, Dr. Ditz was selected to study at the School of Aerospace Medicine in the role of flight surgeon. He was one of only a few physicians certified to go through 9G training required to fly in any type of fighter aircraft.
Despite receiving numerous attractive offers, including the opportunity to rise to the level of Lieutenant Colonel, Dr. Ditz left the military to pursue his dream of going into private practice. Over more than two decades in practice, Dr. Ditz has developed expertise in many areas of practice. He’s also led seminars and lectures for physicians and other medical professionals across a wide range of fields.

Doctor Dietz is not only the most knowledgeable doctor i have ever dealt with, but is a complete professional. Not only him, but his whole staff are definitely the best I have been surrounded by.
Dr Ditz is very through when he meets with his patients. He not only asks many questions, he also records the information in his computer unlike all the other doctors that have their assistance get & record the information provided. I believe this practice helps him to know his patients health profile exceptionally well. I am very fortunate to have him as my primary care doctor.
I know I can trust him. He knows the answer before I can articulate the problem, then presents a workable solution. He is like the Sherlock Holmes of Doctors. Just the best feeling of knowing you’re in safe hands, trust is the operative word. He has put together a brilliant, kind staff who treat you like family!
A co-worker recommended this practice to me, I had a great first visit with Dr. Ditz. He was very thorough, and went into depth with me about all of my concerns and medical history. I feel like he took my concerns seriously and is working closely with me to get me feeling my best. Tammy was extremely kind and very helpful as well. I would definitely recommend this practice based off of my interactions with them.

This was a last minute appointment due to a medical emergency. I believe they had to squeeze me in. It was a long wait but worth it in the long run. To his credit, Dr Ditz stayed well after normal closing time to help me, and went over my issues in detail, and provided prescriptions to attempt to alleviate my concerns. I was extremely pleased at the care and concern Dr Ditz showed about my conditions.
I’m so glad I chose Dr Ditz. While traveling, I was having issues so I called to see if he could see me soon. Well Julie was so kind and offered to have Dr Ditz call me whilst he was on his lunch break because he had a full schedule. He really did call and he told me what I could do to be more comfortable.
