Great doctor. I have half dozen doctors of different types. Happens to a lot of us old people. Having do many different doctors I am able to make educated opinions of what is a good doctor. Not AMA certified to judge medical persShow moreonnel but in my layman's opinion Dr Cook is one of the best. As a young man I worked at a local hospital as an orderly and nursing assistant. In this environment you can quickly see who is the good doctor. The adage that the cream always rises to the top is true here.
DR cook and his team is great I had back surgery on 10 of Oct a d DR cook and his team made sure I was taken care of after my surgery they dealt with my surgeon office to make sure I had what ever medications I needed after I gotShow more home from hospital. A 2 day hospital stay turned onto a 11 day stay I will be with DR cook as long as he's at atlanta pain institute and this is the reason I do what DR cook except of me.

Best Dr. , clean office and friendly staff..
Great experience!
Wonderful doctor who gives attention to the patient’s condition and provides help accordingly. Dr. Cook shares his knowledge of how different diagnosis of arthritis, DDD, and chronic pain in other areas of the body can/will affect the patient and what other doctors may be able to help the patient for a successful outcome. He is NOT just a “ prescription pusher” he cares for his patients dearly.

I have been seeing Dr Cook for the past four years or so when I first started I had no quality of life whatsoever anything that required physical activity I struggled with and I couldn’t even handle working! I started seeing him and after that second or third visit I had started feeling literally a pain free life now I enjoy my teenage grandchildren and I work full time and I’m so grateful for Dr Cook’s support guidance knowledge and understanding my life has completely changed for the better

Pearla greets everyone who walks through the door with happiness, she is the best nurse I have ever met.
