Fran Gorman, DNP, is a board-certified doctor of nursing practice. She leads the capable team at Gorman Medical, PC, in Colorado Springs and Cripple Creek, Colorado.
Fran earned her Master of Science in nursing from Beth-El College of Nursing and Health Sciences at the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs. She worked as a nurse practitioner for more than 10 years, then returned to Beth-El College of Nursing and Health Sciences for her doctoral degree.

I really love working with Fran Gorman, and appreciate her knowledge, expertise and compassion. However, I find it challenging to make contact with the office staff. My phone messages aren’t returned, and I feel like I have to be the squeaky wheel to get them to get anything done. I know that when a practitioner throws her heart into her practice, she will spend time whatever time is needed with each patient, which is a blessing. However, it seems that the ones who manage the schedule would have a better idea of how the time needs to be allotted, so that things don’t get so backed up. I had to wait an hour and a half to be seen. This is a HUGE drain on my already limited energy resources. You may not know that to look at me, but you don’t see the crash afterwards, and the increase of pain that has to be dealt with due to the stress on my system. Please consider better time management and patient communication. Thank you.
Fran is a godsend! I made more progress towards diagnosing and treating my chronic illnesses in three visits with her than I did in the previous five years across over 30 different physicians. She's also compassionate, informative, and accommodating. I'd give more than five stars if they'd let me.

She was a great listener and seems like she will be proactive. I feel like it will be worth the 1 hour wait to see her. The office staff were cussing on a few ocassions and was easy to hear that I to the waiting room which was disrespectful but Fran was great!
