Outstanding all around
Dr Formosa did the trial spinal cord stimulator yesterday, December 9, 2024. Thanks to his knowledge and expertise, everything went well! As he was doing the procedure, he explained everything that he was doing and made me sooo comfortable! I would highly recommend Dr. Formosa to all….

Dr. Formoso is a great doctor.
It’s never pleasant to need pain management but Dr Formoso and his staff make it easier. They handle everything. I’ve always found it easy to reach out to them if necessary and they are always polite. Very gentle with painful procedures. Cute seasonal decoration contests are really fun to watch and show that the group works together as a cohesive unit. Wonderful practice!

Completely professional treatment to my lower back pain -- identified the issues, set up treatment plan and we began the very next day due to insurance rules -- In my experience very few doctors can identify and they implement and move so efficiently thru the red tape to get you the treatment you need
Dr. Formosa explained everything to me in terms I could understand. He reviewed my past medical history, and he checked all my medications. He prescribed medications until the ordered tests could be completed. I felt that he genuinely cared for me as a person
