No more anxiety about a doctors office with aShow more room full of sick people! No waiting while your child is sick, this is the way to go 100%. Excellent service and fast results
We had a great experience. The visit was short and well done. I was relieved to not have to pack up all the kids and take them into the clinic during flu season, and my 4yo was much more relaxed being evaluated in the comfort of his home. My appointment was easy to make online and my messages were answered promptly. I will definitely call again.

Our first experience with Dr. Heard was a home visit and it exceeded my expectations! She was on time (if not a little early), had a smile on her face the whole time, and quickly figured out what was wrong with my daughter. We will absolutely be using her and her practice for future sicknesses! I cannot recommend her enough!!!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. I called, very worried about my son, & they got me in immediately. They were so gentle and loving with my little boy. As a first time mama, I worry over every little thing and they reassured me and explained things to me so that I wouldn’t worry as much.

Very professional, and hands on. You can tell she and her husband put love into what they do. Definitely gave me reassurance that my baby was fine and she made sure things are fine before she left! Great People
Very knowledgeable and prompt. I made the appointment an hour before, and she would have come as a house call if I preferred! We did an office visit this time, but will definitely keep the house call visits in mind for future use. Overall probably the best urgent care experience we’ve had with a toddler.
I have called Mrs Felicia twice to come to my home! She has always came within the hour of being called. She is so so sweet!! I will continue to use her!! It’s very convenient that she will come to you when you have 2 or more children and saves you the wait time of waiting in the waiting room or getting around more sick babies! Love her!
My daughter had a fever that finally broke for a day and a half. On Wednesday morning, it returned. I couldn’t take her to the doctor because of the snow. I call In and Out Pediatric and told Mr. Heard my issue. He said no problem, we will come to you. 45 minutes later, NP Felicia Heard was here and treated my daughter. The service was excellent. I truly thank God for them.

I was scared to try this, just not know how it would work but trust me, JUST DO IT! Response time to book a visit was so fast and communication was great! She walked me through everything and the visit was awesome! Not awkward at all, they were extremely professional and attentive to my little one’s needs. I highly reccomend to anyone considering! We will definitely use them again and again for both of my babies!

This is an absolutely genius idea! I was in a bind about to take my child to the ER when a friend recommended In and Out Pediatrics. My kids tend to get sick when everything is closed. I was thrilled when I found out that they would come to my house for the appointment. No getting my sick child out in the cold, no waiting at the doctor’s office. Made an appointment online and they came within 10 minutes. HIGHLY recommend
