About Dr. Farid Hanachi, DDS PA

Farid Hanachi, DDS, PA, is a highly skilled orthodontist who finds his work deeply gratifying. Through his leadership role at Hanachi Orthodontics, Dr. Hanachi improves smiles and confidence for residents of Gastonia and Mooresville, North Carolina.

A lifelong learner, Dr. Hanachi began his educational journey with a Bachelor of Science in microbiology at Louisiana State University (LSU). He remained at LSU to study dentistry, completing his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1991 and his orthodontic training in 1993.

Dr. Hanachi continues to embrace expanding his skills and knowledge through ongoing educational opportunities. A proud member of the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO) and the Southern Association of Orthodontists (SAO), he attends courses and conferences that help him remain on the cutting edge of orthodontic care.

Personalized, personable care is at the heart of Dr. Hanachi’s practice. The ability to transform not only a person’s smile, but also the way they feel as they walk through the world is what keeps Dr. Hanachi excited about his work.

Patients never feel rushed during their time with Dr. Hanachi, and are encouraged to ask questions and express concerns. Treating each patient as a distinct individual and a valued member of the practice family is why so many existing patients introduce friends and family to Hanachi Orthodontics for their own treatment.

When not working with patients, Dr. Hanachi can be found spending time with his wife and three children. Whether volunteering at school or enjoying the outdoors, family time is always a top priority. Dr. Hanachi is currently working on improving his running skills in preparation for a marathon competition.
