My first visit was very welcoming by the staff and doctor. Friendly atmosphere. No long waits. Great customer service
Awesome staff
The office completely way over booked. Patients were having vital taken and return to the front waiting area with no were to sit, thank goodness for some who give up their chair so the frail and elderly could have some where to wait. Doctor Omar I have no bad review but all excellent word for him. He both listened and asked question and concerns I had. He covering too much ground without proper help from his staff overbooking appointments. Five Stars for Dr. Omar but three Stars for the rest.
All went well. The Doctor explained everything so I could understand.

If it weren't for the hot overcrowded waiting room I would give 5 stars. Dr.Omar and his staff are very friendly and professional. Dr. Omar is seriously interested in his patients.
The office space is sometimes crowded. Parking is at a premium. The staff are always pleasant in providing care. Dr. Omar is professional yet personal in his approach and thorough in reviewing his diagnosis and treatment plan.
Great nurses/office staff, Dr Omar was very easy to communicate with, easy in/easy out.

I was very nervous due to the fact my visit on Thursday 7-16-2020 was a video chat due to Covid-19. Dr. Omar and staff were very professional. I knew in advance what I needed and paperwork that needed to be filled out before video chat. My questions were answered and a follow up phone call afterwards was made to confirm my next appt. Thank you Dr. Omar and staff.....

Staff is very friendly and Doctor takes time to listen to your concerns and issues.
Had to wait about 40 minutes but went well.
Thorough testing but dr is in very much of a hurry. Nice but rushed.
My breathing test technician was great. Even though my "visits" with Dr. Omar were video chars he was professional and had a great "bedside" manner. The scheduling 3 star had nothing to do with Dr. Omar's office but VA scheduling.
