I have been going to Aspire Health since January, 2024 and have lost 70 pounds. I am very grateful for the encouragement and support that I have gotten from Eva at each of my appointments. Eva makes every appointment feel personal and I never feel rushed. For the first time in my life I feel that the guidelines provided can be a lifelong way of eating, not a diet and that maintaining is attainable. The monthly classes are very informative and an added motivation.
Eva is an amazingly kind, caring and knowledgeable provider. The whole staff is very welcoming and overall it is always a pleasant experience. These folks know what they are doing. I have been losing an average of 5 lbs. a month since January, and I am confident that I will be able to keep it off with the tools that they have given me.
