I’m only 6 weeks in, but the support I’ve gotten is exactly what I’ve needed. They don’t focus on quick and easy weight loss. They encourage you to lose weight while making life changes that are sustainable so much further past yoShow moreur goal. Eating better, moving your body etc. also really encouraging and realistic about not being perfect 100 % of the time just trying you best and moving forward. I cannot wait to see where I’m at a year from now but I already feel a shift in my mind set then the other multiple times I’ve tried on my own.

I had a good relationship with Erin who answered all my questions and provided me with other suggestions in keeping my meals from becoming boring.
Our conversation is always filled with so very much good information for me yhat I can use...don't know how she does it but I get these light bulb moments that I can't wait to go home to Implement them!!! Thank you Erin!!!
