I have had bad experiences in other offices and have been looking for an OB/GYN for quite some time. This is the first place that saw me on time and was very friendly. Not only were the medical professionals nice, but so was everyShow moreone at the front desk. It was a nice ambience and I was in and out very quickly for my annual Pap smear.
Everyone is so friendly and professional. There was a 30 minute delay for my appointment which is unfortunately typical but otherwise I do not have any complaints. I have seen a few NPs there, including Erin at this visit, and tShow morehey are all good. Triage nurse, Jessica, worked efficiently and explained everything clearly. I'm happy to continue using Artemis for my gynecological needs!

Erin was wonderful
She was very professional and she went over regarding my personal medical history. She explained everything she was doing.

I’ve been with my previous gyn for the past 10 years. Unfortunately, I’ve lost all connection with her during CoVid and 2021. I’ve been looking for a new gyn since but I haven’t been comfortable enough to move forward with doctors that I have visited. I’ve read about Artemis, visited their facility once and decided to book an appointment. It’s also important for me to work with doctors of color because I am a woman of color….IYKYK! So I chose to book my appointment with Dr. Chima however I met with Erin instead. Erin and the nurse (sorry I forgot your name) was AMAZING. They took their time with me and the nurse held my hand during my challenging moments. Erin was gentle, attentive and professional. The nurse who sat in on my examination has such a nurturing disposition that she calmed my nerves. In conclusion, I look forward to being a patient here. Thank you for a wonderful experience. AB
