Erika Franco, NP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner at the four Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Institute offices in Victorville, Pomona, and Barstow, California. She sees patients in the office and assists the surgeons in the operating room.
Ms. Franco is passionate about educating and serving her patients while monitoring their progress and guiding them back to a healthy quality of life.
Ms. Franco earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing at the Dominican University of California in San Rafael. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Ms. Franco worked as a registered nurse in an operating room, where she discovered a passion for working with patients during surgical procedures.
She decided to further her education to become a family nurse practitioner and obtained her master’s degree at the United States University of California in San Diego.
Being a former college athlete, Ms. Franco personally understands the injuries athletes endure and what they need for treatment and rehabilitation to return to their sports and daily activities. She is committed to providing high-quality and compassionate care at all times.

Very difficult to get a live person on the phone, sometimes prescriptions aren’t sent to pharmacy. And it takes a long time to get an appointment. Erica is very good as are the physicians.

Everybody very friendly, all the staff. Doctors and assistant's are very nice and professional. I enjoy my visit there. I just wish I didn't half to go, but I do and I enjoy everybody there.
