Called to make appts and was forwarded to my doctor. Doctor asked me questions rapid-fire, barely listening to my answers and ignoring the issues I wanted to discuss w her at upcoming appt. Instead, doctor brusquely said what typeShow more of exam I would be receiving, even though I have several immediate issues needing attention. Doctor repeatedly cutoff my responses and when I said I had been ill for over a week w influenza, harshly snapped “oh, have you been diagnosed with it?” Very uncomfortable TC.
Dr. Benns has been very attentive. She listens to me and never rushes me. I don't feel like I'm on an assembly line and she's just recommending what she's given everyone else. I feel as of she's actually treatiShow moreng ME. One more thing she doesn't act like one of those doctors that insist on writing a bunch of prescriptions, that you don't need, and sending you home.

Anyone who is a patient of Dr. Benns is lucky. The entire staff is wonderful. Dr.Phelps and Dr, Benns make sure you are safe if ill.
Today I had a follow-up telehealth visit with Dr. Benns. As always it was a very positive experience. She had reviewed my chart in advance of the call and listened carefully to the issues I was still having with my hand after a fall. Dr. Benns then sent over orders for physical therapy .

Dr. Beens is a very competent who knows what she’s doing. She also listens to you and adresses your concerns.
The appointment was set for 10:00 AM, and I was seen on time. Dr. Benns did a short physical of my upper body to check on a minor concern I had about a recent pain in my chest. All went well, and she informed me that the results of my recent blood was very good.
First visit with Dr Benns . She is a very lovely person, thorough, kind and has a very easy manner. I felt most comfortable with my visit and would definitely recommend her to others!!!!

I was there with my mom to talk about the possibility of joining the concierge practice and Dr Benns was extremely patient with us answering lots of questions and not rushing us at all. We have sent in the paperwork to join the practice and look forward to being a part of your office.
