She was extremely patient and informative - we had lots of questions regarding immunotherapy shots for our son, and she kindly, thoroughly answered all of our questions. Dr. Chen and her entire staff are top notch. Truly a breath of fresh, compassionate air in the healthcare system. We have committed to a year of shots for our son. I'm grateful to have found Dr. Chen and hopeful that my son will get relief through this therapy.

Dr. Chen always very patient listening my concerns and condition, she explaining detail of the medication use and side effects, I like the way she gives you a piece of paper describing this visit medication function, what you needs to do, the office stuff always very friendly, each time you called they are always very helpful, no matter is refill medication or something else, the concerns always get take care properly and prompt!
