I am extremely please with Mr. Hernandez. He is knowledgeable and patient. My first visit, he sat with me and asked a few questions where my pain is. Thereafter, he pulled a picture of a thigh and educated me of the three large muscles and the muscle that is causing me pain. I was impressed! Afterwards, he showed e a couple of stretches. These stretches in a couple of days have slightly decrease the pain. I appreciated knowing that my body can heal and hopefully on the road to healing.

I was impressed when Mr. Hernandez patiently explained the muscle structure of my left leg and pinpointed what muscle needed attention and work. Showed me a picture of this muscle and its function. Thereafter, gave me two stretches/workout that should assist in stretching this specific muscle. I”ve been doing it. In two days I can feel the difference, less pain and more flexibility.
