My experience with everyone receptionist to nurse and doctor was phenomenal. Very impressed on how fast my visit went. Emily made my first visit with her comfortable.
Relaxed, caring and knowledgeable patient care. Emily and staff make the experience comfortable and when you leave, you aren’t overwhelmed with medications and other information that you don’t understand. Personally, very ambitious to a holistic approach to a healthy lifestyle, and Emily fully supports that if possible. Ten out of ten across the board!
I really just appreciate being treated with kindness and respect. She's very patient with me she spoke with me she spoke with me like an individual versus a payment I pictured her staff the nurse who had brought me back to the office real polite and kind. Emily Brown is genuine and truly cares about her patients and takes the time to really listen without judgment. She follows up regularly with you in regards to changes made with medications or referrals. I am very happy that she was referred to me when I was looking for a good Dr after relocating from Florida and I definitely refer her when I’m asked and when I’m not lol.
