I felt heard and felt like Elli genuinely wanted to help me. She made me feel comfortable while looking at my broken toe and was firm with me when telling me what my restrictions were. Elli was helpful and friendly during our first appointment and recommended I take an oral steroid and buy new shoes to help with my plantar fasciitis. I bought the suggested shoes, but they ended up wrecking my feet and making things worse so I exchanged them for a different pair. Not Elli's fault - everyone's feet are different. But when I came in for my follow up, she recommended steroid shots in my heels to help. I ended up having a cortisone flare up (again, not her fault) but wasn't told this was even something that could happen and was very surprised and in pain for days. I then talked to someone else at Rogers who said they would've recommended stretches and probably not even done the shots. All in all, there wasn't really any bad interactions here, but I feel like things could've been discussed more and handled better.
Everyone is so friendly and gentle as they work on the patients.
Dr Hugh trimmed my nails and she is gentle. She kept my big toe from developing a hangnail which is constant pain. I recommend her.

Ellie is fantastic and so good with children and youth. I’ve taken two of my daughters to her. Unfortunately I won’t be going to the Saratoga location anymore. I waited for over an hour to be seen for a 5 min appointment. And no one even said “so sorry for the long wait today!” Just a little annoyed at how long it took
