Prior to meeting Elle, I had never considered speaking to a nutritionist or use a nutrition plan. The education that Elle provided helped me understand that pairing combinations of food is better in the long run than eliminating fShow moreoods groups entirely. I can’t thank Elle enough for imparting that knowledge as has helped me achieve my goals and has changed my “bad” habits of eating.
