Ellana and her team did a fantastic job. Usually when I get my blood drawn I faint. But this was amazing. Ellana did a thorough evaluation on me. I definitely want her to be my provider.

Forward Care Family Practice provides comprehensive family medical care from their office in Glendale, Arizona. Led by Ellana Davidov, PA-C, the medical team can address a variety of acute health conditions and chronic diseases during in-office consultations or through the online telehealth platform.

There are so many wonderful things about this practice from the staff to the fact that you don't have to sit and wait for a long time when you have your appointment. You can tell how much they value and care for you & their other patients by the way they are treated. The only thing missing is the red carpet!

Excellent professional care provided from everyone. Front desk the medical assistant very nice and Mrs. Davidov very caring. She answered all my concerns and understood I don't want to take to much medication. We worked out a plan. She is my new provider. Thank you.
Dr Ellana is the best, time she spend with patients unbelievable, no rush, explain everything, and you come home your summary of the visit is available for you to review. Stuff is freandly, everything is GREAT

Mrs. Davidov is an amazing super delicious provider. I had so many bad experiences with other doctors. Thank God I found her office. The staff there are just as super delicious as the provider very friendly, caring no rushing you and best part they work fast no long waits. I dislike doctors visits but I love going to family foward care. I leave that place like walking ok cloud nine
