First timer and the experience was awesome. I love this new customer service approach with health care providers. As a new patient I arrived early in anticipation of filling out in take forms. The process was via a link sent to your phone so be sure to have it charged. Friendly front desk staff and location was easy to find with plenty of parking. Dr was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Staff was courteous and informative but I was offered a plan of 24 visits without the ability to try the service. I have difficulty with chiropractor's ability to adjust my upper back and wanted to verify the doctor was able to adjust me. I offered to pay full price for the adjustment as well as the decompression service but they would not allow this unless I bought the full 24 session package. Very disappointing.
