About Elizabeth Chapman

Geographically I have lived throughout the U.S. I have also lived through cultural and social changes that parallel and surpass those we are currently experiencing. My education includes anthropology, accounting, and counseling. Professionally I have worked with hospice, taught at a junior college, 35 years in the business world, and now focus my passions in counseling. My varied experiences have taught me two critical lessons - the importance of the individual's voice and the strength of the individual. I am drawn to working with trauma, depression, anxiety, issues of relationship (people, appearance, LGBTQ+), life transitions, and simple navigation of life's daily challenges. We not only address the challenges but seek to understand the "why" of various tools, resources, and approaches. You live your life outside of the therapy session and deserve to have the skills to do so successfully.
