Elizabeth “Betsy” Bail, DNP, FNP-BC, is a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner. With extensive experience in fertility care, women’s health, and labor and delivery, she is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their family-building goals through personalized, patient-centered care.
Betsy brings a wealth of clinical expertise to the practice. She specializes in developing and implementing tailored treatment plans for patients facing infertility, polycystic ovarian syndrome, recurrent pregnancy loss, and other reproductive challenges. Proficient in interpreting lab and radiology results, she also performs saline ultrasounds and endometrial biopsies while guiding patients through both medical and non-medical fertility options with compassion and expertise.
Betsy’s hands-on experience includes conducting comprehensive assessments, performing ultrasound-guided intrauterine inseminations, and collaborating on fertility research. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Registered Nurse in labor and delivery, providing antepartum, labor, and postpartum care.
She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Rush University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she graduated summa cum laude. Board-certified by the ANCC as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Betsy also holds certifications in fertility nursing, BLS, and ACLS.
Passionate about advancing reproductive health, Betsy is committed to evidence-based care, patient education, and fostering meaningful patient-provider relationships. When Betsy is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two young daughters, and Sheepadoodle, Luke. She loves traveling, reading, and keeping up with her friends.
