I cannot express enough gratitude for the the understanding, exploration, and appreciation of myself that Ellie has worked hard to help me discover. She is genuinely empathetic and insightful, but she doesn't just reinforce or say yes to everything. Instead, she offers honest thoughts, challenging discussions, and questions that have helped me to grow in ways I didn't even consider. I have never felt more connected to who I am, and that is the direct result of the process she has facilitated.
Elissa is very compassionate and gives you helpful tips to manage any struggles that you have.
Elissa Scano is a great therapist - we talk through everything together and come to conclusions that we can both agree on. She has really helped me accept more things about myself and has made it easier for me to tackle situations and grow with myself and from other experiences. I’ve been able to properly handle my own mental health while seeing her as she’s given me great tips/coping mechanisms. I really appreciate all that she’s done and she’s an understanding and thoughtful therapist!

Elissa is easy to talk to and my daughter loves her and even looks forward to her appointments. I can see a difference in my daughter already.
I felt very comfortable during/after my first visit.
I met with Elissa, who is my first ever therapist, and she made me feel super comfortable right away. I was able to talk about things that I usually never talk about with anyone, and she validated my thoughts and feelings and made me feel accepted. She was very welcoming and responded to me quickly when I needed to reschedule. Overall, my experience so far has been great here and with Elissa.
