Dr. Elias Aliprandis and his team are exceptional. I came in as an emergency without an appointment. Once I completed the intake forms, I was immediately called in for an initial consult with one of the practice’s staff. After they took my history and performed a cursory exam, I waited just a few minutes to see the Dr. Dr. Elias was personable and took his time to review my history and concerns. His recommendations were clear and the medications he prescribed have already made a tremendous difference. I am very thankful to have been seen so quickly and with such care. I will continue to follow up with Dr Elias for all of my future eye care and concerns. Absolutely recommend this practice to anyone in need!

The last time I visited, yesterday, was the THIRD TIME the office had bungled my appointment, telling me I had the wrong date, which I didn’t. This is compounded by the fact that every time I visit, there is a completely new staff, both medical and clerical at the front desk. Therefore, no accountability. Absolutely maddening. Luckily yesterday the woman at the front desk was polite and helpful - an absolute rarity. The doctor himself is okay but the prelude to seeing him is not.
