It's as comfortable as going to go visit a good friend! Dr. Elain makes the experience so comfortable and she's one of the friendliest doctors I've ever met. She's engaging, asks good questions and you can tell she truly loves making a difference in people's lives. I'm only partway through my series of pico lasering, so my posting of results will have to wait. However, in terms of finding a doctor who will truly take care of your needs, Dr. Elain is 100%.

Dr Tong has been helping a few unresolved chronic conditions. I appreciate her abilities to help with these problems in a way no other doctor has.
Dr. Elain Tong is one of my greatest finds! I was a little traumatized by my previous doctor allowing me to ask a limited number of questions per appointment, and to schedule another appointment to address. Dr. Tong is kind, compassionate, and thorough. She makes the time to make sure I understand because when I am stressed, I have a hard time understanding. I feel heard, understood, and cared for. Her medical knowledge - Eastern and Western - is a huge bonus! So glad I found her!
