I specialize in psychoeducation, person-centered therapy, humanistic psychology, positive psychology, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Throughout my career, I have specialized in working with adults experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, symptoms related to past trauma, ADHD, ASD, grief and loss, as well as individuals with chronic illness, and people who identify as neurodivergent or LGBTQIA+.
